Servpipe is the multi-brand ecommerce platform Andromia operates for the storefronts it runs. It handles first-party conversion tracking, server-side ad-platform event forwarding, audience sync, and GDPR-compliant data handling across multiple Shopify storefronts.

What Servpipe does for a Shopify merchant

First-party conversion tracking — events are sent server-side to Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, TikTok, Reddit, and Microsoft UET via Conversion API endpoints, recovering attribution that browser pixels lose to ad blockers and Safari ITP.
Audience sync — the merchant's customer list is uploaded to Meta Custom Audiences, Google Customer Match, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok on a daily timer.
First-party tag gateway — gtag.js, GA4 Measurement Protocol, and Google Ads conversion pixels are routed through a brand-own subdomain so cookies survive Safari ITP3 and ad blockers.
GDPR data subject request handling — Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks are wired to an HMAC-verified DSR pipeline with a 30-day response SLA.

Data handling

Servpipe receives hashed customer identifiers from Shopify storefronts (SHA-256 of email, phone, name) — never raw email or phone. A PII canary middleware actively strips any unhashed personal data that a brand storefront accidentally sends. Full detail in the privacy policy.
